Why this sport? His dad owns a bike shop in Belfast. He originally was a mountain biker but made the switch to road-racing because it's the hardest discipline to make it to the top and he wants to be in an environment where he is competing with the best and racing with the best teams.
Club / Team An Post Sean Kelly Team: Belgium
Training Regime He trains two to three hours maximum while he is racing and when he's not racing he's up at 7am to do a spin session and four to five hours of training.
