||"We train on the central coast in a squad of about eight. A normal week of training would consist of four track sessions, three gym sessions, two recovery sessions and one hill session."
||In 2010 he planned to begin competing in the 200m event, but due to an injury he ran out of time and had to focus instead on the 400m event. (runnerstribe.com, 24 Jun 2010)
||"I really want to develop as an athlete to secure an individual position at London 2012. I would love to have a couple of 45 second runs under my belt heading into [the 2010 Commonwealth Games in] India. I do not think you will be seeing me line up for a 100m race any time soon, but as for the 200m I really need to get my time under that 21 second mark." (runnerstribe.com, 24 Jun 2010)
He will be based in Germany with the national squad for two months from August, 2010, and is also hoping to race in a World Cup event in Croatia in September before the 2010 Commonwealth Games in October. (express-advocate-wyong.whereilive.com.au, 22 Apr 2010)
