||"Training is pretty intense. I usually train twice a day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Saturdays and Sunday's I train once. My training sessions entail an hours run or a gym session in the morning. Then in the evening I will do a 4 mile tempo run or training at City of Stoke where my coach Alan will set me a session where he will time me. She sees herself running the 1,500m in the future but it won't be for a few years as she still needs to increase her strength. "As a youngster my endurance wasnít the best so it will take a while to build that up. When Iím ready and have got the endurance I need, then Iíll move up. I still think that Iíll always be able to run a really good 800m, but if I want to look at medals then I think it will be over 1500m," she said in 2012. (athleticsweekly.com, 31 May 2012)
