||Her parents played the sport and she and her brother would watch them play. "Since I was in primary school, badminton has allowed me to have fun, travel Australia and the world, and meet great people from many countries, all while competing as an elite athlete striving for my Olympic dream."
||She trains six days a week at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, spending four hours training on court and four hours for conditioning.
