When and where did you begin this sport? "I went in the gym when I was 18 and I had my first fight when I was 19."
Why this sport? "I was a bit of a tearaway. I'm not proud of it. I used to rob cars. I was just a young lad, I didn't know what direction to go in. I wanted to do something with my life, so I went to the local boxing gym that my two brothers were going to, St. Aloysius."
