||He began boxing at age 13 in 2006 in Victoria, Seychelles.

||"From an early age I've always wanted to get involved in a fighting sport like karate, kickboxing, anything related to martial arts. I guess it's because my dad was into karate. Eventually though, a friend of mine who was already boxing introduced me to the sport and I've been hooked ever since."
