When and where did you begin this sport? He began weightlifting at age 14 in 1998 at St Laurence's College in Brisbane, Australia.
Why this sport? He was doing weights in the school gym for rugby and athletics when the weightlifting club started. He started to compete in a few competitions and loved the sport.
