Other information PERSONAL TRAGEDY
She lost her father due to a brain haemorrhage during the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India. She started losing focus and consequently lost her spot on the national team. However, she remained dedicated towards the sport and practised hard to win a silver medal in a double trap event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland. "I was very disheartened and upset. I couldn't perform well then, but it was my father's dream that I get a position in the Games. After 2010, when I started working on my game again, I was left out of the team. It for once discouraged me a lot. But it gave me strength, after all I was doing it all for my father.
