Training Regime Regular sessions involve turbo for an hour, with intervals, 3 minutes on Ė seven of them, then two hours at threshold or just above, followed by an hour behind the motorbike. Sessions at the Alkmaar velodrome in the Netherlands for training and testing as itís much easier to get track time there than Manchester.
