Why this sport? "I was encouraged to begin riding, was hesitant at first but now I love it."

Training Regime She usually trains for four or five days a week. She would typically spend between 20 and 30 hours on a bike each week covering anything from 500km to 800km. She also does gym work, weekly physiotheraphy and massage.
