||She began gymnastics when she was five at Panthers Gymnastics Club in Winnipeg, Canada.

||She was climbing things from the age of one and a half. When she was five, she saw some kids doing cartwheels in the field at school and wanted to be able to as well.

||She trains in the afternoons, as she only goes to school for half-days.

||She suffered a hairline fracture to her elbow a week and a half before the Elite Canada trials in 2007.
