Training Regime "I do weights on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7:30. I also train on a Monday night with TFIS [Tayside and Fife Institute of Sport]. I have club fitness and training on Tuesday and Thursday. I sometimes have Scotland training on a Wednesday depending on the programme, and sometimes at weekends. I also train with TFIS on a Friday morning and then have games or training at weekends."
When and where did you begin this sport? "I was three years old, and my brother was meant to be babysitting me. He wanted to go out with his mates who went to the hockey, so he decided to go and take me along. I've been hooked ever since."
