MALAYSIA SPELL In 2017 he joined the Maybank Tigers in the Malaysian Hockey League [MHL], fulfilling an ambition to play in an overseas league. “Apart from the financial incentive of playing for Maybank and playing in the MHL, the bigger factor was to essentially knock an item off my bucket list. I've done so many things I've wanted to do in my hockey career – from the Olympics, to the Pan Am Games, Commonwealth [Games] and World Cups – playing in an overseas league is something I've wanted to do for a few years."
