OLYMPIC DREAM COMES EARLY She qualified for London 2012 by winning gold in the 58kg class at the Canadian weightlifting championships in 2012, but admits her Olympic dream came a little earlier than expected. "My goal was the Rio de Janeiro Games in four years, in 2016, but the opportunity to go to the Olympics presented itself this year and I doubled my efforts to grasp it."
