| Other information | JUDO TO WRESTLING In October 2008 she decided to switch from judo - for which she is a former British champion - to wrestling because judo is not included at the 2010 Commonwealth Games. She has shown a natural talent for wrestling, finishing runner-up in the Scottish and British championships, and even won the English Open. "I knew I could compete but, to win at such a big tournament after only taking up freestyle wrestling about eight months ago was a great feeling," she said. Initially her parents, who are both judo instructors, were not supportive of her switch, but eventually came around once she started winning in her new sport. "Wrestling is quite like judo.
